A student delegation from the Social Work Program at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies on Sunday visited the School of Arts at the University of Jordan (UJ), the first stop in a series of visits to social and educational institutions in Jordan.
The visit aims to provide the students with an overview of the experiences of institutions working in the field of social work in Jordan.
The guest delegation, which was received by the Dean of the School of Arts, Dr. Muhannad Mubaidin, his deputies and assistants, and a number of faculty members from the Department of Social Work, was briefed on the school's departments and facilities.
The visit comes as part of a series of visits to the Kingdom to get acquainted with the humanitarian organisations, in addition to social and educational institutions.
It's worth noting that both UJ and the Institute are tied with a joint agreement on student training.
