Course Description :
A prominent writer or poet is chosen expressive of modern age. Ahmad Shawqi might be the first choice to show the relation of his poetry to the recreation movement in the Islamic World. Ahmad Darwish might be the second choice to cast the light on the poetic movement in Palestine.
