Course Description :
Dealing with different topics related to volunteerism. Major topics include recruitment, interviewing, screening, training, providing work description, motivation, and termination. Identifying advantages of voluntary work and its effects on micro, medial, and macro levels. Other obstacles which encounter volunteerism will be also identified.
