  This course focuses on functional structures of Arabic and the major characteristics of syntax: affirmative sentence ,negation , interrogation , conditional sentences , ellipsis and word order . Special emphasis is  also given to the basic syntactic functions such as : the agent , and the object .topics related to number and   inflectional and non-inflectional nouns also considered. nouns are also considered.
