Master's Degree in Digital Communication (Comprehensive) / Program Intended Learning Outcomes

Upon completing the program, the student is expected to be able to:

  1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fundamental concepts, terminology, principles, and theories of digital communication.
  2. Design, produce, and accurately disseminate digital content across various digital communication platforms.
  3. Apply professional principles of news writing and editing to modern digital communication channels.
  4. Assume responsibility and adhere to ethical standards and regulations governing digital communication.
  5. Effectively utilize social media platforms for digital advertising and marketing purposes.
  6. Connect and differentiate between the disciplines of journalism, media, information technology, and public relations.
  7. Practice scientific thinking, logical analysis, and critical reasoning when addressing political, cultural, and societal issues.
  8. Keep pace with technological advancements in digital media applications and the production and dissemination of digital content.
  9. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, engage in continuous learning, and explore new ideas and applications for managing, analyzing, and disseminating information and knowledge.
  10. Apply acquired knowledge and skills to develop innovative media and entrepreneurial projects.
  11. Proficiently use modern methodologies and techniques to conduct quantitative and qualitative research in the field of digital communication.​
